The facilities' owners are an accomplished jumper rider who trains under an international olympic jumper and an an international facilities management professional. This facility boosts rentable housing options, and a wonderful set up for the seasonal equestrian. They also host two of the owners accomplished personal horses. All the paddocks are meticulously groomed, with shelters and auto waterers. Additionally they have a fully covered round pen perfect for those hot Florida summers. There is an outdoor dining area and beautiful landscaping making this facility a true dream. 

We are looking for a truly one of a kind equine professional or couple to take over the main day to day operations of this facility. As the majority of the stalls are seasonal, you are likely managing anywhere from 2 -20 stalled sporthorses at anytime. Managing their daily care and ensuring they get top quality care in a timely fashion is the main goal of this operation. If you are highly organized, thrive on detailed operations, and clear expectations you will excel in this position. No more hot mess express barn working days with clearly outlined goals, and an organized daily schedule with reasonable expectations. Our owners would really enjoy spending more time with their professional careers and riding their horses, so an independent self starter that can manage the operations with little drama and interference is ideal. Additionally, if you are the efficiency type, ideas are welcomed to smooth overall operations as long as we are meeting the overall goal: Top quality horse care for the owners and guests. Ability to assist in feed, shavings, and hay orders, work with vet and farrier would be an additional bonus. Facility upkeep like power washing, fence repairs, and using the high quality farm equipment with care and detail is a HUGE added bonus. This is a full time, year round position with salary to commensurate with experience. Options to bring a horse, a pet, and use their RV  or hookups are available for the right match!
