Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Sponsorship, Partnership, Branding, Hospitality, or Sales and Development
- Experience Selling Sponsorship or Partnerships for Major Sports, Recreation, or Equine Facilities
- Ability to Work with a Team or Independently
- Strong Equine, Hospitality, and/or Recreational Partnership Connections
- Adaptable and Flexible with a Passion for Unique and Outside Ideas
- Passionate about Event Growth and Recognition
- Experienced in Remote Travel, Independant Schedule Setting, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication
- Extremely Professional
- Confident in a Wide Range of Dynamic Sales Situations
Compensation Package
- Salary Plus Incentive/Bonus Structure Dependant on Experience
- $70,000 + Base Salary
- Extensive Benefits Package
- Travel Expenses and Housing During Competition Provided
- Hybrid Remote with 50-60% Travel (3-4 Weeks of Venue Activities and Set-Up On-Site Required)
