Job Description:

Located in the #1 location for equestrian relocation in the USA, this incredible tech-forward show program is looking to bring on an assistant trainer and rider to the team. Lessons, billing, and barn management are completely covered with an state of the art digital program - technology making your life easier! You just get to teach and ride! With approximately 28-30 horses on property and a full staff of a head trainer, two other assistant trainers and 3 barn care professionals this is major facility on the east coast! Extremely close to both top - quality grade schools and Universities, this is an incredible location most only dream to have a bustling hunter/jumper/eq facility. Our ideal candidate will enjoy being busy, and working hard, and developing this facility into the future! The assistant trainer role requires ability to take on an established group of (moistly lower level) clients and horses, pack, plan, and attend the show schedule, teach multiple lessons per week - instilling proper biomechanics, horsemanship, and riding technicalities' to dedicated students, and be the business liaison between clients, head trainer, and ownership. There is no need to source your own clients or horses, unless you desire it, as the farm has a loaded program and a strong marketing plan already in place. (Even a waiting list!)

Additionally, this person would ideally take on barn management duties utilizing their digital system. Managing equine business, trainer's travel, show schedules, team building, development, equine care, equine health and nutrition, and other management endeavors. This would be boots on the ground, get your hands dirty management, not an office style management role. If would be best fit for a person who "lives in the barn" as they say!

- Comfortable with all levels of riders/lessons/training from Beginners to Intermediate ability
- Organized, Well-spoken, Professional
- On Time and Self Starter
-  Management and Teaching Experience 
-  Ability to Produce Riders from Beginners to Leasing, Buying, and Showing Clients
- Flexible and Communicative
