This private dressage facility is located in Cochranville, PA, just west of Philadelphia.
This is a unique opportunity for the right person to become part of a fun, close-knit team, working towards the owner's vision for the farm and 6-9 horses. A lot of care is put into every detail and horse care is absolutely the top priority. The horse's needs are attended to first and foremost. Lovely, fit, properly muscled dressage horses from USDF 4 - Year - Old Qualifiers - FEI Grand Prix and into retirement call this farm their home. There is no boarding, clients, or lessons happening. Solely the owner, her trainers, and the top knotch care they give to the animals. The adult amatuer owner of this pristine farm is held in the same ranks as Steffen Peters and Laura Graves. Her horses have championship resumes 10 miles long and a pedigree any dressage enthusiast would drool over. The owner herself has a huge passion for understanding personalities(equine and human), Chinese, and other Natural Medicine modalities. Her attention to detail makes this farm absolutely spotless and a joy to visit and work at everyday.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced dressage groom looking to develop their career and connect with some of the best horses and professionals in the dressage discipline. Housing and pet friendly offered for serious grooms who have great attention to detail, flexibility, and communication. Winters (November to May) are spent in Ocala, FL and summers in Cochranville, PA (June to November). The schedule is 8 hours per day, 6 days per week with 1 hour for lunch. Weekends and evenings are part of this role!
