Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to field calls during this organizations 3 busiest times of the year! Each period is approximately 2-4 days of work with an anticipated 8 hours/day and overtime paid on a daily basis. Candidates ideally speak both English and Spanish, and have some experience in a high-volume call-center setting. Applicants should be organized, have exceptional communication skills, and be able to take appropriate notes/route calls accordingly throughout the day.
Job Duties
- Answer and direct calls
- Make note of caller if desired recipient is occupied
- Maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor throughout long sales days
