Servicing over 250 locations nationwide, there is an untapped abundance of potential clientele to be discovered. This person will be responsible for networking with private owners/stables, show venues, sales barns, service providers, equine businesses and more to promote their brand across all disciplines and areas of the US. Ideally this person will be well connected to within the upper-class circles of the industry already, and will have a current network of potential clients to call from the outset. This person will be responsible for booking the vehicle rentals directly with the client, along with any customized add-ons the clients may desire, and then will pass off the order to the local airport/hotel's team to deliver the service. This position has the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the market develops and expands!

- Grow and Maintain a strong network of affluent equestrian clientele who travel regularly for work or pleasure

- Promote company rental services to individuals, private farms, show/sale programs, equestrian event venues, equestrian businesses, and more - This position should work across all disciplines and areas of the nation

- Provide a highly-personalized, white-glove service to interested clientele in the industry - working closely with regional service teams to ensure all needs are met to the highest standards

- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to ensure advertisements are tailored and targeted effectively in the equestrian community

- Prospect and plan the growth and development of the Equine Market within the rental service space

- Promote company and its services at equestrian events and tradeshows nationwide

- *in the future* Grow and develop a team with reps in key locations who will best service the Equine Industry nationwide

- Minimum 3 years sales & business development experience, ideally in the luxury space

- Minimum 10 years professional experience in the Equine Industry 

- Strong existing network of equestrians and professional contacts who travel regularly 

- Exceptional, high-end customer service and communication skills are a necessity

- Flexibility to travel as needed to events and tradeshows and targeted client outreach activities

- Strong organizational skills - Bonus if experienced in event planning or logistics
