*This is an in-office position in the South Central region of the USA - Specific location is concealed to retain anonymity of our client through the advertising process. Specific location will be divulged to interested & qualified candidates during the screening process.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team member
- Conversing with customers and insurance underwriters as required
- Entering data and preparing emails following calls and service agreements
- Interfacing successfully with insurance and company portals/CRM
- Preparing customized paperwork for customers
- Gain experience with all facets of the business
- Complete required insurance licensing
- Minimum 5 years experience with horses with experience in Hunter/Jumper, Eventing, and/or Dressage disciplines preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in learning all sides of the equine/farm insurance industry
- Desire for a long-term career!
- Entry level compensation starts at $50,000 with higher starting salary commensurate with experience for applicants with prior equine insurance experience
