The second, and arguably more important portion of the role, is strong experience working and managing the footing and track surfaces. Overall, this individual will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience and facility presentation at all times for the tenants and their horses.

This is a role that is two-thirds Facilities Management and one-third Training Dirt Track and Turf Track Management.

This role can be divided into two separate roles but the Track SuperIntendent would take priority. If split, there would be a reduction in salary as the hours would be reduced heavily.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with trainers, tenants, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
6. Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards, ensuring compliance with training protocols and property rules and regulations.
7. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement response plans for emergencies for all parts of the facilities. This includes scenarios like power loss, wind damage, and fire prevention.
