About the Facility:
Specializing in Futurity Hunter Under Saddle and Western Horses, this Show Facility is located just north of Green Bay a short drive to the infamous bay itself. A quiet, peaceful, and rural community this is a great place to set your roots as you are close to the city, but far enough away to see the nighttime stars. The surrounding forest and river to the North is great for hiking, cross country skiing, ATV Riding, Blueberry and blackberry foraging, and fishing and hunting. The owners are from the area and focus on developing Hunter Under Saddle and Western Pleasure young horses to many Congress national titles and NSBA World Champions too.
Job Description:
We are looking for a hard working property maintenance professional who is dependable, communicative, pleasant, and professional. This candidate should be our GO-TO person for all things farm. They should be comfortable doing all the standard farm tasks and equine care and additionally have desire to learn and grow in the industry. This would start as a home bases role and could develop into traveling north and south with the show team during peak show season.
Job Duties:
- Provide Daily Care to All Equines
- Maintain Facility
- Operate a Variety of Equipment
- Maintain Equipment and Horse Supplies
- Communicate with Ownership
