This nearly 100 acre facility is a dream facility in the Upper Midwest with multiple indoor arenas, a loaded USHJA and USEF show schedule, and additional discipline events year round. They are renovating their program and looking to grow their Hunter/Jumper Division now that they have acquired a new head trainer and a facility development team! From expert horsemanship and equine management techniques to developing horse and rider fitness this is a great facility for anyone who has large goals, and the confidence to achieve them! A strong development system brings along young riders and young horses to the top ranks of the sport!

We are searching for an experienced 3' +  Hunter/Jumper instructor and rider for this growing program. You would assist the head trainer with all activities in a busy show facility and the ideal candidate will really possess a jump two-feet-in approach and be willing to help where is needed. This is a developing program, so having a passion to see growth and improvement is key to success in this position. A team forward approach is a main trait of this facility as they are quite large with a wide range of staff and personalities. Leading by example is so important to develop trust and relationships with teammates. You would also have a heavy riding influence, everything from young OTTB's to more seasoned lesson and show horses. Please email riding videos to pro@equistaff.com. We are searching for a candidate who can confidently ride through the 3' level at shows and teach through the 2'6" level or higher. You would also assist with IEA, ISHA, USEF Shows, and potentially Pony Club events. Additionally, you would gain major experience managing a whole series of horse shows in multiple disciplines.
