Private, top-tier Hunter/Jumper/Equitation facility in Northwest Marion County. With a
focus on training, buying, and selling quality horses, our operation includes nearby

* Identify and address erosion or water flow issues on the land
* Monitor and perform general repairs and upkeep across barns, stalls, arenas, and grounds
* Use standard farm tools (angle grinders, generators, hedge trimmers, chain saw, arena drag, compactor, etc.)
* Collaborate with part-time facilities team and communicate with farm owners and manager

* Prior experience in property or facilities management, ideally on a horse or livestock farm

* Proactive, self-starter attitude with attention to safety and efficiency
* Reliable transportation to the farm (housing not provided)
* Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a small, hands-on team
* Common sense and a good eye for when things need fixing.
