Job Description
We are looking for a confident, connected Agriculture/Equestrian Marketing professional to lead their Marketing efforts on-site at this company's beautiful Pacific North-West Headquarters! This individual will be responsible for leading the overall Marketing efforts of this company, while also managing the customer-facing life-cyle of their products. This person will ultimately be responsible for directing and producing materials made to support the company's internal sales department and the efforts of their retail distribution partners. With a heavy focus in the thoroughbred racing industry, a growing target in the sporthorse world, and secondary focus in the hay-fed companion animal sectors, this individual should be well versed in the current trends and focus of the equine industry. A dynamic, professional, and detail oriented individual would fit in well with this exceptional team!
Job Duties
- Develop and Manage overall Marketing strategy in both domestic and international equestrian markets
- Develop a strategy to increase brand awareness and promote products within the desired target markets (Thoroughbred, Sporthorse, Companion Animal)
- Develop content to ensure brand remains competitively poised and relevant within the target markets
- Create and Maintain compelling materials for sales staff distribution (pitch deck, brochures, etc)
- Design and develop tradeshow display & event materials and assist in the selection of relevant outtings
- Develop the brand's social media presence through generation of engaging content and collaboration with influencers
- Develop marketing materials for retail partners to utilize in both print and e-commerce platforms to best promote company products to their clientele
- Develop and promote customer loyalty programs, sales, and other incentives to increase sales and support retail partners
- Lead the efforts of developing/enhancing new products by evaluating current consumer demands and collaborating with internal teams to remain on the forefront of the market.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for products, sales, incentive programs, and overall company performance
