Job Description
Having recently established a physical location in the Horse Capital of the World, this brand is looking for the unicorn team member to join their ranks! This person will split their time between Sales & Customer Service (70%) and order fulfillment operations (30%) in-person at their Ocala location. The ideal individual will be passionate and enthusiastic about equine welfare, and will have an educational approach to their client interactions. As a small-but-mighty team, this is the type of role where one can expect to "wear all the hats" and enjoy a highly versatile and dynamic work environment. This role takes a unique spin on the classic "saddle fitter" role, as a brand which performs very well in the ecommerce sectors. While some local travel to farms & events will be desired, this is not your typical on-the-road saddle sales opportunity.

Job Duties
Customer Service & Sales
- Field all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visit with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Educate clientele on products and their individualized applications for each horse
- Increase market presence through direct sales activities and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a high level of communication with internal team members to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM database and business reporting as necessary
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth of the overall brand
- As needed, attend events, tradeshows, and local outtings (minimal local travel can be expected)
Store Operations
- Pack and ship customer orders from both sales team and ecommerce platform in a timely and efficient manner
- Check in rental equipment and maintain proper inventory records
- Provide customization and cleaning services for existing clientele
- Ensure incoming inventory meets product specifications and quality standards before sending on to clientele
- Maintain accurate inventory records & consolidate with ecommerce platform
- Maintain storefront and warehouse cleanliness & organization
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth operations
